Orders
When you place an order through Ruvanos, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your name, delivery address, email address, and other information required to fulfil the order.
After an order is successfully placed, an order confirmation may be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not guarantee that an order cannot subsequently be cancelled or affected by an issue relating to payment, product availability, incorrect information, or other circumstances.
Pricing
The price displayed for a wall clock is the price applicable at the time of purchase, subject to any applicable information shown at checkout.
Ruvanos charges a flat £8 shipping fee for orders shipped within the United Kingdom.
There are no additional standard shipping charges added by Ruvanos beyond the stated shipping fee.
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may need to review the affected order and contact the customer before completing or cancelling the order as appropriate.
Accepted Payment Methods
Ruvanos accepts payments through:
- PayPal
- Stripe
Payment processing is handled through the applicable payment provider. Customers should use the secure payment process provided at checkout and should not send complete payment-card details or account passwords to Ruvanos through email or chat.
Shipping
Ruvanos currently ships only within the United Kingdom.
Orders are shipped using Evri.
Our standard shipping information is:
- Shipping charge: £8 flat rate
- Order cut-off: 3:30 PM (GMT+1), Monday–Friday
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time: 4–5 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 5–7 business days
The delivery timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier delays, weather, operational disruptions, incorrect address information, weekends, public holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
Customers should contact us at support@ruvanos.shop if a shipment is delayed or if there is an issue with delivery.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation within 1 day of placing an order by contacting support@ruvanos.shop.
We will make reasonable efforts to process cancellation requests received within this period. However, cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, been prepared for dispatch, or has already been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, the customer may need to use the applicable return procedure instead of cancelling the order.
Returns and Refund
Eligible wall clock returns may be requested within 24 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Ruvanos accepts eligible returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Customers must contact us before returning a product and provide the required order information. Where a return relates to damage, a defect, or an incorrect product, customers may be required to provide clear photographs of the wall clock and packaging.
Direct exchanges are not accepted.
For eligible returns that are not caused by an issue attributable to Ruvanos, the customer is responsible for the return-label or return shipping cost.
If Ruvanos sends the wrong product or a wall clock arrives damaged or defective and the issue is confirmed to be attributable to Ruvanos or shipping, Ruvanos will cover the applicable return-label cost.
Ruvanos charges $0 in restocking fees for eligible returns.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after the returned product has been received, reviewed, and approved. The time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate order and delivery information
- Reviewing product information before purchasing
- Providing appropriate access and conditions for delivery
- Contacting Ruvanos promptly if there is an issue with an order or wall clock
- Providing clear photographs or other requested information when necessary to assess a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- Following the applicable return instructions before sending a product back
Customers should not send products back without first contacting Ruvanos and receiving return instructions.
Wall Clock Use and Care
Customers are responsible for using and installing wall clocks appropriately and in accordance with any product-specific instructions provided with the product.
Where applicable, customers should ensure that the wall clock is securely positioned or mounted using suitable equipment for the wall and installation location.
Ruvanos is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, negligence, or use of a product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, subject to applicable consumer rights and laws.
